WeConnect Energy are actively recruiting for an experienced Night Drilling Supervisor to support an ongoing Drilling Campaign in the UKNS.

• Rig site supervision of rig or vessel based well operations including HSEQ, operational performance and logistics
• Manages assignments that require expertise and develops complex innovative technical solutions
• Provides effective technical support for processes improvement and supports resource allocation
• Delivers operational projects and analyses and evaluates opportunities and risks
• Supports in achieving operational plans and regulatory compliance
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and client HSES Procedures
• Implement safety and environmentally sound operations, thereby ensuring safety of personnel, well integrity (i.e. well control and/or hydrocarbon containment), and environmental protection
• Deliver top quartile operational performance through efficient well operations and logistics support - deliver wells on schedule and on budget
• Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate standard conformance in all well operations through adherence to approved operational programmes
