WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Specialist (CCS focused) to support an international energy company based in Aberdeen.

This role supports a CCS Project HSE Lead in the implementation of the company's Quality Management System and project quality plan in accordance with Company quality governance, applicable UK regulations, and industry standards such as ISO 9001.

Role Responsibilities 

• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation, and company's HSES Procedures
• Ensure the safe delivery of reliable safety critical equipment and critical spares to project sites
• Support applicable design verification aspects associated with new equipment, modifications, and relevant projects in order to assure compliance with UKCS regulations, engineering standards, and SECE Performance Standards.
• Accountable for implementation of the project Quality Management Plan in accordance with company's quality management requirements
• Accountable for the development of key quality deliverables such as supplier quality surveillance (SQS) strategies, Design Verification Plans, and project-specific quality procedures.
• Accountable for development of a risk based audit programme and to coordinate and participate in internal and supplier audits.
• Accountable to develop and facilitate project Design Verification Plan and associated activities
• Responsible to engage with the contracts team during EPC contract tender process to ensure the company quality expectations are cascaded through the supply chain
