WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor for an ongoing Decommissioning project in the UKNS.

This role would be offered on a 12 month PAYE contract. 

• Support the Decommissioning team with the provision of practical and professional HSE advice and the development and execution of an annual HSE plan.
• Support the leadership team to define and execute an overall HSE strategy which achieves legislative compliance and ensure that all related initiatives are communicated and delivered in a collaborative manner. 
• Ensure implementation of existing HSE policies and procedures in line with legislation, guidance and industry best practice
• Ensure that policies, procedures and standards are communicated and understood, and monitor their effectiveness in supporting the project objectives. 
• Assist the HSE Team with site/offshore inspections to ensure adherence with rules and legislation and conduct internal and external Health, Safety and Environmental audits in line with auditing and internal standards, identifying any potential hazards or risks and required corrective actions. 
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and provide practical and professional HSE guidance and advisory support to all.
