WeConnect Energy are currently working with an International E&P Operator helping to recruit for an experienced Night Drilling Supervisor to support an ongoing drilling campaign in the UKNS.

• Optimising operational performance without compromising HSE, reputation, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit
• Stimulating and implementing ideas to improve operational performance and reduce cost
• Ensuring there is a process where lessons learned are documented and incorporated in future operations
• Challenging the well engineers, contractors and well programme to recommend performance enhancements
• Resolving operational problems as they arise

This is a 12 month PAYE contract with the likelihood of extension.
